Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks and audiobooks are non-refundable once delivered

Print books (Paperbacks)

Print books can be replaced free of charge if they are damaged when you receive them. Please contact me at: readers@:sophiemattisbooks.com if you have an issue with the quality of your print book.
